Steak was juicy but overcooked. Food was cold which is confusing because I placed my take out order at 5pm and the app said pick up 531pm. Showed up at 527pm & when I sent the text "here" I got the auto reply "sorry, your food isnt ready yet" - waited five minutes and decided to go to take out window and ask anyway....lo and behold, the food was ready. Shocking!!! The sirloin was fabulous. I can not believe it. So, is Texas Roadhouse going through a re-branding because I used to go to the one on RT 192 in the 4 Corners of the Orlando-Kissimmee area and in the 4 years that I lived there, I was not impressed. I should mention, I was at the Selden location at 5pm and the place was packed.
