My husband and I are frequent visitors of Texas Roadhouse, unfortunately our most recent visit was not Texas Roadhouse standards. First and foremost their signature rolls were raw. Pulling it apart and the dough stuck to my nail! All 4 were raw. We told our waiter and he brought us more this time 2/4 were raw 😞and my margarita might as well have been a mocktail. Our main dishes were great. No complaints there!
The last two times we went, the service was exceptionally slow. I’m talking about the “should we just leave at this point?” kind of slow. We finally asked the server for an eta on our food, and she just never came back. Seemed to forget about us. It was the first time in *years* that I’ve tipped less than 25%. We always loved their food, but unfortunately will not be back.
Food was quick to come out. Our drinks were kept full the whole time. Our server was polite, quick, and to the point. Overall good experience.
