I stopped here tonight while on a business trip, and Aedan was one of the most personable, attentive, and professional servers I've had in years. The Dallas Filet was cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. This is a great location!
I was so excited to surprise my husband with a steak he wasn't expecting, and I'd been thinking about a cactus blossom all day. The blossom itself was good, but they gave me an empty cup instead of the horseradish dip I paid for. Tragic. That's ok. I made some chipotle mayo at home and ate that. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely fatty. Some fat is ok. It's where the flavor comes from. But I've never seen such a fatty NY Strip before. Not at a restaurant charging $26.99 for a plate.
