I took my friend Della out for a late lunch at Texas Roadhouse, and everything was absolutely perfect. Our server, Vanni, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to be around. He checked in just the right amount, made sure everything came out exactly right, and kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. The food is usually good. We ordered a steak for takeout medium rare when we got home it was medium well. Disappointed
We came to Roadhouse for afternoon dinner. We were seated immediately and the service was top notch. Preston was our waiter for this evening. He was very attentive, personable, and really enjoyed his job. That is very rare to see nowadays. Our drinks stayed refilled and he checked on us throughout the entire experience.
