Great food! Awesome atmosphere, service was okay.
I was disappointed with the customer service at Texas Roadhouse. When I arrived, both employees clearly saw me and another customer waiting at the front, yet neither acknowledged us or let us know they were busy. We stood there for about 8 minutes without so much as a greeting or a simple “we’ll be right with you.” The lack of communication made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
