I had to edit my rating due to the poor service we received. Our waitress didn't come check on us after we received our food. I was trying to get our waitress to get everything we needed for our meal but she didn't come back. The manager came by our table to ask about our meal. We told her we haven't seen our waitress and the manager asked what we needed and she would bring us. I guess she forgot about us because she didn't return to our table. Ordered through the app, which is usually what I do for a pickup order. Requested extra cinnamon butter like I’ve done with several other locations, and this is the first one that didn’t provide extra, just one little cup for a bag of rolls, lol. Salad was half the portion that I’ve received from several other locations. Otherwise this location was okay.
We go here quite often. Most of yhe time everything is perfect. Tonight the prime rib was prepared perfectly. However the 6oz sirloin that was supposed to be rare(how hard is it to screw up rare)came out medium-rare to medium and the top had black grill marks(which is fine), but the bottom was almost completely black.
