Things were good I always love Texas Roadhouse it is my favorite place was very disappointing my second Margarita was so sour it made my stomach sick I lost my meal I said something to the bartender he said they just made the mix and did not even bother to fix it so I drank it I should not have and it made me extremely ill so it ruined the whole meal really was not nice at all quite disappointing the margarita was $17 it was more than my meal and just so disappointed
Very clean establishment. The service was excellent and the food was perfect!
The food tasted great. We got steak and ribs, everything was fabulous on food. The service- I got a to go order. 20 minutes after I got a text saying my food was ready I finally walked in. The 2 girls in the back weren't doing anything but goofing off. So I will say the service was awful. No reason to wait 20 minutes for food to be brought out and I had to go in and get it.
We were served a steak that was completely raw inside — and after looking it up, it appeared to have what looked like an abscess in it. This is a serious food safety issue that could make someone sick. The steak was a wet dog food texture. Our waiter was kind and professional, but management never came over to apologize or address it at all. It was brushed off like it wasn’t a big deal, which is unacceptable. I hope this location takes food safety and customer care more seriously moving forward.
