We’ve been coming here for years, and it used to be one of our favorite places, especially for celebrating birthdays. In just the past week, we visited twice with out of town guests, and both visits were incredibly disappointing. (Sunday April 5th evening around 7pm) Unfortunately, it was the worst service we’ve ever experienced and it happened twice in the same week. Food is fine, do not get take out!! Service is absolutely horrible. I waited for the text message to tell me my order was ready and went in to get it. Stood there for 10 minutes as employees walked past me and completely ignored me. Finally went behind the counter and took my order and left. Only then did someone actually address me in any way
I like the food and the service, but it's a little bit to noisy for my taste.
Wish they would open earlier. I have sensitive ears and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when it's over packed. Staff is always awesome but would like to enjoy my meal not surrounded by a ton of teens
