We have been to. TEXAS ROADHOUSE several times and the food is always delicious. Today's experience was a little bit less satisfying a s and far as the fried onion was overcooked and really no taste. The steamed broccoli 🥦 and carrots 🥕 were not cooked enough and pretty tasteless. Our server passed our table several times with out picking up one dish or asking if we needed anything. First time here, service was good. App and rolls were good, table for four. Took a while to get our food, when we did my order and my son's order was not complete, so while are country fried steaks were getting cold we had to wait 10 minutes for the cream gravy and the other two people in our party were basically done eating. My country fried steak maybe would have been better if it were hot with the cream gravy, so this was disappointing. Maybe next time will be better if I make it back there. 😕

I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse in my hometown occasionally. I was visiting Saginaw for a work trip on this visit. Our server was Nick and I couldn't have been happier with our service and food quality. He was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back to this location if I return to Saginaw in the future.
