came for the first time tonight for dinner. the experience was AWFUL! the service from my waitress was very lackluster. she tended and played match maker for other patrons while not tending to our table. I had to send my steak back 3x-4x to be cooked correctly. I thought this was a steakhouse??
Waited 50 min to get seated. Waited 30 min for our food to come out. Which honestly would not have been a problem if our food was hot, fresh and made as ordered. However, steak was not only overcooked but cold. Ordered the granny’s apple classic, only for our waiter to deliver the pie and say “the kitchen is out of ice cream” .
