Eating here for many years. No more. The only thing served us the that was passable were the mashed potatoes. Strip steaks were stringy did not even take the leftovers home. Mac and Cheese was just macaroni, no cheese. Sent back. Fries were cold. Country fried chicken was dry, milk gravy was horrid. Something changed within the last few months. Just went to place an order at the window and the customer service was not so kind. Did not want to give me eye contact while taking my order. When placing an order with the customer for future reference, please try to give Eye contact no manner what that individual may look like. Paying customer, she never feel unwanted there

Bad Review of Texas Roadhouse on 9161 W. Flagler St., Miami FL. We will not be back and we don't recommend! On Saturday, 5/31/25, my wife and I went to eat at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant on 9161 W. Flagler St., Miami FL. It was a busy night, but not as full as other Saturday nights. We have been at this restaurant several times before, since we like their food (steaks, burgers & chili). I placed my party of 3 on the waiting list for 7/26/25 at 530pm. Upon arrival, the "younger male host" at the door asked us to wait outside in the pouring rain/thunderstorm until we received a text that our table was ready. (Saturday July 26, 2025.) It was very busy and there was still an hour long wait for the waiting list. I declined standing outside while it was pouring down rain. I was shocked that this was advised in the first place. Myself and my party of 2 others first attempted to eat at the Troy, Ohio location as this is closer to my home. Upon arrival to the Troy location, I was asked by the "male host" if I could stand outside in a thunderstorm with pouring down rain until I received a text on my phone. I know "whaaat?" First time to this location  very disappointed! To begin with dirty sticky table.  Silverware from past guest still on the floor u see table.  Wonder sever very kind nice smile.  Bone in RibEy was burnt on one side outfit on the other could have lived with that if I could have cut it and chewed it. Lawdy !! Probably will not go back.  Chalk it up for experience

We ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Pflugerville last night and contrary to what you post of the internet the waitress said you do not offer senior discounts. Being in out 80's we rely on discounts to maintain our budget. Quite disappointed to find yes you do on the internet and when we get there and finish our mean the waitress says you don't. Not a biggie to you but we won't eat there again so beware seniors if you're on a budget like we are and don't believe what you read on the internet.

I ordered a $30 steak with mashed potatoes and side salad. The steak was good but over-salted. My wife's complete meal was sent back because it was so salty. I didn't eat my mashed potatoes that were very salty. I was told their meals were made in batches and no one else was complaining as if to say it our patronage that was the problem. This was according to their manager. I also ordered a spicy bloody Mary that they ruined by putting in a pickle spear and olive.
