I'm a frequent customer so normally there aren't many problems last week I ordered a steak for my wife and I for take out. Medium steak for her well done for me. my steaks aren't normally cooked the way I want them but I don't complain because I understand that you can't have everything but this particular time both our steaks were raw. After calling multiple times to address the issue and being told that we will get a refund for just the steaks it's been a week now still no return calls no refund!!!!!!!!
Went last Saturday about an hour after opening. It wasn’t busy yet, no wait for a table. Service was pretty slow and the food took forever. I have been 3 times and it has been noticeably worse service here compared to the one in the east. My drink was empty and I set it on the edge of the table because I hadn’t seen a server in probably 10 minutes.
