In 2024 with curbside orders taking wife / family and business partners to Texas road house here in Dundalk. I spent over $14,000 in 2024. In the last 6 months I have spent less than $500 here. Reason being is every time we order food it's always something missing tonight a green beans and sweet potatoe while one green bean is 1/4 full lol. The last time 20oz drinks and a side of ribs. Both steaks were served Extremely rare. Managers did take 20% off the bill for inconvenience and wait time for steaks to be cooked properly. We appreciated the manager's efforts. Left proper tip for wait staff as it was not their fault.
Busy
Went out for dinner they had a pretty full house, my husband and I was told we would have to wait for a table of two, okay no problem.. but after waiting for about 20 minutes another couple walked in without reservations and was allowed to go ahead of us.. My husband noticed instantly and went to inform staff that we were waiting in line first. He was notified that the couple were a servers parents and that’s was why they went ahead of us. Waiter was very rude from the time we got there our plates where slammed on the table with many other things I’m never going to this location again he was an older white guy with a bad leg
