Great service. The food was excellent
This was the worst TXRH experience we’ve ever had. Our medium rare steaks came out well done and the manager tried refusing to take them off the check. They were textured like leather. We insisted that we were not paying for something that came out wrong and we did not eat. They finally gave us a $30 coupon for the next visit, but we told them we were using it tonight. We will never return here and nor will our other family in the area. Our location back home in FL is excellent!
Update: 11/25/25 Was delivered a almost raw piece of meat. Manager brought the replacement out cooked exactly the same. Then proceeded to argue with me that it was medium. The attached photo obviously shows how it was cooked. The manager should be retained in guest etiquette and have a better understanding of grades of a cooked steak. Server was much better.
