the only decent thing was the potatoes. my steak was supposed to be well done because im pregnant but its very much rare and the first round of rolls sucked. we barley got refills and a single beer was nearly $6. had to wait 20 minutes just to get checked out. paid $66 for this bs. given them 5 tries, driving to conway again from now on. manager didnt seem to know what he was doing either. mind you they refused to give us any comp so now my dog gets a $30 steak..
Let me start by saying, I’m a frequent Roadhouser at the Conway location. I just moved to this area and my best friend and I decided to treat ourselves. I already knew what I wanted before we even got there. We were seated and placed our orders. My friend and I both requested salads but hers came out about 10 mins after mine did. We were a table of 4. We ordered 4 steaks…3-6 oz all medium and a 8 oz medium rare. 2 of the 4 were great, the 8 oz was way over done and the other 6 oz was so raw! The server said oh the kitchen must of mixed those 2 up and went to fix it! She came back with 1 that was simply browned around the edges and was too dry to eat and still very pink on the inside.
