When picking your steak do not get the 10 oz chop steak. It isn't really a steak its more like hamburger meat formed into a steak shape.
Such delicious food. The pulled pork and ribs Texas meal is amazing. Get it with a cold pint of Samuel Adams Boston lager for the perfect meal.
