The first steak I was given was burnt on the outside as soon as the plate was put down in front of me, I could smell the burnt. They took it back. The second steak was totally raw inside I asked for medium rare, and it was rare so they took that back to heat it up more, and when that came back, it was charcoal burnt on the outsides.
