We come all the time usually great, this time however my husbands drink was made incorrectly 2 times, 3rd times the charm tho so yay! Idk seemed busy of course but we have been when it was WAY busier so idk if it was an off night for our server (not naming) not looking to get anyone in trouble! Had trouble getting her attention or getting her to the table. Update: Here we go again. Missing rolls and sauces that come with the meal. FYI: each entree/salad comes with two rolls. How hard can it be to remember this? CHECK EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE SAUCES!!! I swear they always leave something out. They almost didn’t give me the dozen rolls I ordered and didn’t give the tartar sauce or extra dressing that was ordered. We’ll be driving a little bit farther where they do things better.
Dining at TRH with my elderly father, I was hoping to enjoy a medium-rare traditional NY strip and chat, but the excessively loud music made conversation nearly impossible. I had to raise my voice just so he could hear me, and even the waitstaff struggled to take orders, constantly leaning in to understand customers: it’s a restaurant not a rave. The noise level absolutely takes away from the overall experience, likely exceeding NHS dB standards.
For context I’ve only gone to this location a handful of times as we usually go to Arlington. Never any problems there, but this one, always. Ordered To-go for me and my girlfriend, picked up 5:23 right on time and it was already bagged and ready, awesome. We get home and start to eat and both notice the steaks texture was off, and temp wise was luke warm, cold at best. Wait list procedure was a little messy to other locations I have been to but other than that food came out fast and was tasty
