Ricky was joyful to be at work and even laughed at my bad jokes. Someone please give him a raise!
Ricky served us this afternoon for lunch - a big party 13 spread out over 3 tables. Ricky was as cool as a cucumber and kept all the drinks full - he was quick and proactive - and still took the time to be encouraging and friendly to my young nephew.
2nd time coming to this location & the last I will not come here…I had to wait 35 min for some fried pickles that the waitress forgot to put the order for..all the good that I had ordered was disappointing & not good at all & it was freezing in there I felt like I was sitting in a freezer..def disappointing…spoke to a manager who promised to send me a voucher for all my troubles & a week later there’s no voucher nor a refund
