Had to send bloody steak back twice and last time a dirty clothes chef brings it back and said Enjoy. It was cold and hadn’t been cooked.
What can I say????? I've never had a single bad experience at Texas Roadhouse that I can remember, at least not one that they didn't fix right away, I may have gotten a steak that wasn't cooked exactly like I wanted, but they always make it right and they make you feel important Texas Roadhouse you are the center of our universe and we gravitate towards you and making you happy while you're here. Extremely disappointing experience tonight. What makes it worse is that we are regulars here. We live about three minutes away and come here pretty often, but after tonight we will never be coming back. We’ve been sitting here for over an hour and a half dealing with mistake after mistake. Our food originally came out ice cold, so we had to send it back. It then took another 30 minutes just to remake it. 12/10 for me♀️ I opted to order online this time & the whole process was super quick, easy, user-friendly and easy to complete. Had my orders submitted in less than 10mins. Selected the earliest available pickup time which I expected to be 30mins minimum but everything was ready in just a little over 20! Food was hot, everything was correct & as per usual, delish. Job well done
