We met the Owner/Operator, Chris. He took time to share with us the preparation of the cuts of meat. Their kitchen is well run. Food comes out fast and HOT. Everything is full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We have visited numerous TR across the nation and the Jonesboro Texas Roadhouse has the best food of them all and the best service. Also appreciated that the music was not loud. Due to the expertise and lived experience of Chris, this restaurant is top notch.
The GM Jace is awesome! This guy has remembered us every time we have come in and says hi. Its enough that makes you want to come back. There is a female manager however who is super rude. We mentioned that we were waiting on our food for 55m and she rolled her eyes at us and said they were busy. Like dang dude. Didn't mean to wreck your whole day, just telling you whats going on so yall can get customers in and out and make some money.
