First time to this location very disappointed! To begin with dirty sticky table. Silverware from past guest still on the floor u see table. Wonder sever very kind nice smile. Bone in RibEy was burnt on one side outfit on the other could have lived with that if I could have cut it and chewed it. Lawdy !! Probably will not go back. Chalk it up for experience
We ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Pflugerville last night and contrary to what you post of the internet the waitress said you do not offer senior discounts. Being in out 80's we rely on discounts to maintain our budget. Quite disappointed to find yes you do on the internet and when we get there and finish our mean the waitress says you don't. Not a biggie to you but we won't eat there again so beware seniors if you're on a budget like we are and don't believe what you read on the internet.
I ordered a $30 steak with mashed potatoes and side salad. The steak was good but over-salted. My wife's complete meal was sent back because it was so salty. I didn't eat my mashed potatoes that were very salty. I was told their meals were made in batches and no one else was complaining as if to say it our patronage that was the problem. La plata is terrible I give them no stars we had reservations and didn’t get seated.
I was so disappointed today mothers day took my mother here ordered an an hour later was served cold steak the manager helped me pay my bill but wasn't concerned with my complaint I was shocked waitress never returned another waiter brought food out cold probably won't return thanks to there disconcern JUST WOW
Horrible service from beginning to the time we left. When we entered we asked for table for two and the host sent us to the bar. I love this place but always a challenge. This time they ran out of horsey sauce by 1:00. I asked her to bring me raw horseradish and sour cream and I made my own. Seriously ppl, I love their Prime Rib!
We ate at the Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa Al. We had a gift certificate. Worst steak I ever had and I am 77 and had many good steaks. Do not go here. I don’t know where they get their steaks they need to purchase another place. I have had 12oz steaks before that’s Bern great but this one was absolutely the worst and my husband’s was not good either.
Last night was the worst night of my life. My daughter had senior night at her school and she recieved a couple of gift cards from her coach because he knows how loves Texas Roadhouse and the family went to celebrate her win for her game.
