Great service friendly wait staff .. never had to ask for pop refill or bread love this place. And prices are good
We eat at TR often, mainly Troy Ohio when we are home. Out of the last 4 times we have been, 3 steaks were cooked incorrectly. New cooks? We were there again last night and I luckily got the right temp, however my son did not. Hoping they get it worked out bc someone is always left waiting to eat as the new steak is being re cooked. Also, rattlesnake bites have been undercooked as well. Frustrating bc we love TR.
I went for lunch today, the steak was too bloody when I asked for medium rare, also hard to cut it very tough, I also had to ask for (more than twice) for a couple of items. I also got the catfish was supposed to get cornbread with it. Did not get that at all. I wrote a review about a year ago for take out which was excellent. Different this time and will not go back very bad experience.
Our waitress was top notch. First class! Table of 4 people. Rib eye , sirloin, pork chops and for me prime rib. Appetizer was ribs! The cook on steaks, medium rare. ! This meal was as perfect as it could be! I’ve never had a bad meal here! Highly recommend! I never lie on a review! I’ll tell you how bad it is if it warrants it! Lee Thompson
