The long wait is worth it. Our food and drinks are always just right and the staff seem happy, energetic, and kind. The wait for a table was 30 to 45 min so we chose a spot at the bar and immediately enjoyed speaking with people next to us at the bar. Everyone was so friendly.
Me and my wife came in at around 3:45 Sunday the hostess took us to a table in the very back closest to restroom. Took him for ever just to walk us to the table. Very strange. Then we sat for 15 minutes and not one waiter asked us for our drink order or even looked to help. So we decided to leave. When we got up, a waitress was walking up and my wife asked if she was a our waitress. She said yes. I said we were leaving and she said well okay. She didn't apologize or anything.
