Let me start this off by saying i’ve never been one for reviews, and i’ve always treated anyone in customer service careers with the upmost respect because I know what it’s like out there. The food is awesome
They could have made my meal better steak was over cooked rib was dry I was very disappointed was just come out to eat a meal my hands was hurting too bad to turn around.
Always a great time here but the chefs need to understand what medium is. Many of us ordered medium and the steaks came out well. Update: Another visit and the steaks were absolutely excellent! The staff is amazing.
Normally our family LOVES Texas Roadhouse. The food has always been prepared properly and tastes great. My visit on June 25th however left a lot to be desired. I wanted a small sirloin and bbq chicken. I found sirloin and ribs on the menu so I asked if I could switch the ribs for the chicken. The sirloin and ribs combo was $24 and when I asked, my server, Grace, said they should be able to do that. I assumed it would be about the same price, as ribs are more expensive than chicken.
