I've never had Prime rib so over cooked and tough. Needed an extra sharp knife just to cut it. I swear if I didnt know any better id think it was from the previous day or days. I want my money back. I saved the left overs for the dogs. I won't eat it update as of 9/22 called the store to talk to a manager. they offered me a free appetizer next time..i took it as an insult
