Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Server forgot to send our appetizers and was largely inattentive all night. I haven’t sent back food in 15 years probably but the grilled chicken I received was cold, slimy and gross. The recooked plate I got back wasn’t much better. We had another issue with someone else’s chicken, grilled shrimp were sent out still raw, tough steak. The manager involved didn’t really seem to care either. My husband and I had a wonderful dinner experience. Rivercity location is absolutely a great experience. Free peanuts 🥜
After giving this location multiple chances, this visit was by far the worst. Our food came out cold and honestly, it was disgusting. The customer service was severely lacking—we sat for over 30 minutes waiting on our check and never once received a refill. The only positive part of the experience was the greeter at the door, Amelia, who was kind and seemed to genuinely care. Props to her, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
Steaks over done. Too long a wait for it to be corrected.
