Texas Roadhouse Prattville, you are dead to me. Tonight was strike 3. You're out. The last several times we've eaten there something has been wrong with the order. Tonight's experience started off really good. All the way up until we ordered our food and then it tanked. The first slight was bringing out one person's plate of 5. Their menu didn’t have gluten free items marked, when I looked it up online the allergen menu was very inconsistent. I ordered the pulled pork dinner, which said 2 sides on the menu but I was told it only had 1. I couldn’t get the bread that normally comes with it and they don’t have a gluten free replacement for it. Which is fine, but frustrating.
