First and foremost, not impressed with the wings that were SUPPOSED to be sauced... then ALL OF OUR SAUCES WERE COVERED IN RANCH due to the cup busting in the bag before they even sent it home with me. I shoulda checked that, thats on me. They only gave me FOUR rolls when I ordered HALF A DOZEN. Ultimately, waste of 50+ dollars when I could have just went to Applebee's right down the road, same quality, but cheaper...
We had great service and food was great. There was a an issue with our order but our server was great! She realized the we had been waiting for our order and expedited it. The manager came and apologized and said our meal was “on them” tonight. It was not necessary because things do happen, but they insisted. They wanted to make it right and that is great customer service.
First time at our local location. Seated immediately, despite full parking lot. Went downhill from there. Had a dirty fork. Stuff happens, carry on. Appetizer dishes piled up on table, server wasn't very attentive. Again, not a deal breaker. Then meals came. We have corn floating in a bowl to the point you could call it soup, not a side. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger came out overcooked and the bacon was undercooked, raw on the ends. The fries were so over seasoned that they weren't edible. The atmosphere is terrible! It's so loud that you can't even hold a conversation. They cram everyone into one corner of the restaurant when there's plenty of seating to spread people out a little. So you have everybody trying to out yell the other. To say that this evening was a disaster is putting it lightly.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and steak fries. The burger came out overcooked with underdone bacon. The steak fries were way over seasoned. If I come here again I know what not to order. This place is way over noisy to the point where you can't hold a conversation.
