From the very friendly service, to the awesome tasting yeast rolls that makes eating your meal almost impossible to do, to the scrumptious prepared ribeye and rib plate, every second that went by with a satisfying chew that yearned for more. Thanks to all the kitchen staff for truly delightful meal.
2nd review for Statesboro Texas Roadhouse... Poor customer service from manager Jessie. I'd ordered a lemon drop martini, which arrived at the table 3/4 full (a martini glass is not large with the most space around the top). Additionally, the drink was not tasty. I explained to my server Erick, who provided GREAT service, that I didn't want it. He got the manager, Jessie, who told me it wouldn't be taken off the bill. Not offering to remake the drink. My steak was extremely under seasoned. I ordered sautéed onion, and they came out raw. The manager came to our table to let us know she was the manager and to let her know if we needed anything. When I asked her for a to-go box, she was very rude about it. Im extremely disappointed in my experience this time with texas road house.
