We usually enjoy Texas Roadhouse. We drive 45 min to get to Holly Springs. Our food was overcooked. The music was obnoxiously loud. Felt like we were at a concert. Many other things were disappointing, including not having baked potatoes. Manager did not make rounds as they usually do, and when I gave a one-star rating on the table kiosk, it did not allow me to elaborate, so here I am.
My family placed a curbside pick-up order online of 3 entrées, 2 desserts, an appetizer, and a drink all for over $100. The order was ready on time and the food was fresh and hot. However, we were missing 2 of the sides, a dipping sauce, and the silverware. It was all listed on the receipt and checked off but no where to be found.
