I signed in to the online wait-list and we were seated quickly. Our server told us she was new but she did great. It took a long time for the salad to arrive, and tables that were seated after us received their entrees before we did. My 6 oz steak was supposed to be medium, and came well done. My husband's steak was also ordered medium, and came med-well, and lukewarm. I asked for a different steak and the replacement was cooked perfectly. He decided he didn't want to wait anymore, so just ate his.
It's hard to get a true medium rare stakes . They taste good other wise. I've had them recook and it's usually ok.
I have given this location chance after chance with to go pick up orders. There is no reason why I set a pick up time and come to the window a few minutes after to give them grace since it is a Sunday and Sundays at restaurants are always busy. Gave them a grace period just for them to tell me my food isn’t ready. So I wait and wait and wait. 20 minutes go by and I finally get my food.
