Used to love this location but it’s gone down hill. My boyfriend ordered shrimp and it was raw didn’t realize until after the first bite and all the manager said was “what do you want me to do about it” then just gave us $4 off. Sucky service management is horrible.
Would give this zero stars if I could. Took our Son for his 14th birthday tradition- he ordered a steak medium well and came back bloody. Sent it back and by the time it came back everyone in our party (6 of us) were done with their meals. A manager brought it back and barked that “she needed someone to cut into it.” It was now cooked beyond well. Great casual atmosphere, all ages welcome! Excellent value at this price point. Early dining is worth checking out. Service gets five stars too.
