We usually have a good experience with them, but not last night. My herb crusted chicken was dry and burnt, my broccoli was raw and my potato skin was tough. There was only a tiny bit of butter in my potato (not enough to tell it was there. The waitress might have been new because it took her almost 10 minutes to get me a straw after she had to remake my drink because it was wrong. Can’t cook a steak properly, whine about 10%, made me wait 45 minutes in the freezing cold. Stay away this is one of the worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve been too.
Great chicken critters.
My husband and I were extremely disappointed by our last visit. We ordered two 12oz ribeyes- one medium and one medium well. When our steaks arrived, they were VERY well done. We had them sent back to be redone, and despite one of the managers personally bringing the redone steaks back to us, they were still overcooked and dry.
