Placed a Togo order this evening and we were very disappointed with our meals. The Togo staff was nice but I waited almost 15 minutes past my pickup time with no explanation about the delay. The chicken in the BBQ chicken plate was very small. My husband got a combo of chicken and ribs and his ribs were so over done he there wasn't any meat left on them. It's literally BBQ sauce and bones. 🤦 Not a great experience.
My dad had a meltdown over not getting bread immediately after sitting down 🥀
