my party of 4 came in for dinner and we had the best service possible the 10 month old in our party was very upset and we had a total of maybe 6-7 different servers come over, hold him, take him outside and do anything they thought would help us get him calm and when he finally was they all came back by and checked on him and us I recommend coming here!! 🩷
we bought food in for takeout and everything was undercooked, and wrong and we called to speak with a manager about it they placed us on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on us.
Waited over an hour for a table that we "called ahead" and reserved. Sat, moved to another table, was told to take our own bread to new table. After sitting there, was told to move again because other people had waited on that table too. Manager said "I work in restaurants and this is how it works." Wouldn't give her name, didn't have a name tag. Was extremely rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and could have cared less that the party of 12 that we had all walked out and not allow them our business and money. Should look into... read more
