Food was so cold when it was brought to the table, must have been sitting in kitchen area for awhile after it was done. The place was not busy so it was just very bad service for the price you pay you expect way better than we gotten. Would not recommend this place to eat at.
When we compare Texas Roadhouse to fast food, that's a problem. The place I wanted to get ribs wasn't open and I have a headache. So I placed a Texas Roadhouse order in my pajamas, added a tip knowing it was a waste of money on my part, then went to pick up my order. I called in at 7:47p to pick up my order and was told they were packing it up right then. I was skeptical because there was already a car waiting beside me. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite "chain" steakhouse. Aways a friendly staff, clean dining area, and great food is what keeps us coming back. Can't throw the peanut shells on the floor anymore but for those of us who know...we'll you get it. Make your way to Texas Roadhouse and especially the Joplin, Missouri location for an outstanding meal.
The Absolute only place that I will order a steak. They listen and it always comes to the table perfectly cooked.
