Waiting; Sunday evening, from estimated 25min, we were Waiting 45min. We had very nice waitresses, which didn't not compared with food. For the amount of people who go through it, kitchen became slopy. The taste and presentation of the food leaves a lot of room to improve. Music is extremely loud. We couldn't hear our conversations.
By far the worst location in the Chicago/Metro area. 1. There is no origination or structure of operation. 2. It took us nearly 20 mins before our server arrived. 3. The cactus blossom tasted like It was made half assed and literally tasted like Ramen noodles. 4. The broccoli was brown and the fries were all soggy. This Karen just cut me in line, and when I called her out on it, she and the other Karen at the reception desk completely blanked me. Great service!
