Terrible experience at Texas Roadhouse due to poor food quality and even worse customer service. On this visit, our steaks were undercooked, sides were missing, and service was lacking. Jerry provided poor customer service throughout the meal. I could barely get a sip of water because my glass was constantly overfilled with ice and rarely refilled—had to wait for the ice to melt just to drink.
