We have never had a bad steak at this place until tonite. Inedible parts of the steak and all that the manager kept saying was, well, can I get you anything? She never asked could I get you something else or do you want me to take that off your bill? She was just about as callous as that piece of meat they served us. I miss the days when a restaurant would take ownership of their mistakes and make it right!
Twice I ordered a burger rare done meat on different days. Both times got served a raw patty.
We got there right at opening. Our waitress was so nice. I had the bone-in ribeye and it was perfect as always.
