We went to dinner to celebrate my dad’s birthday last night 11-3-25 and we had by FAR the WORST service EVER at a Texas Roadhouse. From the time we went to the hostess to be seated and sat for 30 mins after our entire party was there until we ate dinner. We sat for 30 mins until the hostess asked if our entire party had arrived and we had all been there waiting on them to seat us. Went here on a Monday night to celebrate a birthday. You can tell they have changed management. Poor customer service, burnt food, heavily salted food. Our server decided to stop serving us so we were left without a server. The manager came to “check on us” but she disappeared after we showed her how overly cooked the meat was. We had to figure things out for ourselves. We had to find someone to give us our bills. 0 out of 10, I don’t recommend.
We always love to eat at Texas Roadhouse but this location in Texas everything tasted burnt or singed. Not a good taste for steak nor ribs. Disappointed
Have visited this location sense it opened this was the first time that it was not up to par. Went to celebrate my 72nd birthday ordered 8oz stake well done, it was too done and chicken which was good. With my party of 8 my family nothing came out right. Then the service took a turn the servers went away for about 20 or 30 minutes with reason given 🤔 by management they were assigned something else to do in the middle of serving my family.
