I have to say that the service is amazing they are all very professional and waiters come check on you very frequently. However I got food poisoning from what I ate, it’s been the most painful experience. I’ve been vomiting all day and have not left the bathroom(tmi) along with fever and bad chills, don’t know if it’s because it was sitting too long because steak was cold or if possibly because it was very burnt. Unfortunately this experience has ruined Texas Road house for me.
Oh Roadhouse, I do love you and your rolls The only thing that I don't love is about once a year. I'll forget that you guys aren't open for lunch. I show up trying to take my girlfriend or my grandma to lunch and we end up at outback steakhouse every single time It's just not quite the same but you guys aren't capitalizing on that time of the day. 6 months we order here and only once was my meat cooked right!!!! How hard is it to do WELL DONE NO PINK!! You spend $36 for 2 meals and you can't eat!!! I see pink I don't eat it!!!
Lots of downsides! Homeless people occupying customer benches outside Throw up around building No sitting for customers who are waiting! Even with being asked to wait in a car nobody does. So maybe personnel should care more or provide more sitting for older people especially!! French fries was garbage And look at jr tenders! Some of those look so tiny so it’s just piece of breading Kids wouldn’t eat it. And chilly or salad should be always brought first. Not with a meal
Had a great ribeye steak here! The service was amazing. Extremely friendly and waited for nothing. They were completely on top of things! It was very busy but got seated rather quickly for the amount of people there waiting. Great job done by the staff!
