TRH is great, and Luke's could take lessons. No pompous people in TRH, just helpful folks serving really good food and not fiddling around about it. Maybe it could be bigger, but I'm not a manager and they know what they're doing.
We Like Texas Roadhouse – My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time about a month ago and have already been back twice. I feel that the food is priced appropriatly, and consistantly good. Even more impressive is that every single person we've encountered on the staff has been friendly and helpful. Excellent Ribs – For a restaurant chain, this place does wonders w/food. All food is prepared fresh on-site. Entrees are reasonably priced, and come w/2 side dishes. I'd get the dinner salad as 1 side; comes w/chopped hard-boiled eggs, shredded cheese, chopped tomatos, and fresh iceberg lettuce. The baby back ribs are excellent; fall-off-the bone tender!
