Love this place, everyone is so friendly and food is good, beer is cold and ribs are great, I have been there a few times, I think these bad reviews are nuts or disgruntle former employees

Foods always great, fresh, and hot. They have a great kitchen staff. Place always seems clean. Great location right off of I-95. On the other hand, their waiters and waitress' are just plain rude. You walk in and there's about four teenage girls standing in the hostess area. All of them are gossiping, and too busy talking to notice you just walked in. I myself trying not to be rude, I wait for them to quit talking so someone can seat us. Or I just say "hello" then someone turns around and gives me a face. Also with these tee... read more

Less Quality than the Competition – The years have left an impression that, when compared to the competition, TR is riding more on storefront and image than on the quality of their food. Although the frequency of visits was decreasing, TR's relatively late hours, combined with our long hospital shifts, kept my wife and I returning -- until our most recent and last experience. 25 minutes after phoning in an order last Wednesday night, it was near closing time as I waited in TR's designated order pick-up parking space. As a wa... read more

The steaks used to be fantastic! This place used to be fantastic for great steaks, good service all at reasonable prices. I would have given it a five star except I find their dessert menu to be lacking. The chocolate cake didn't have much flavor. But, the it is steak house not a bakery!

Nice try... They were out of Prime Rib - all sizes! My boyfriend was REALLY disappointed, but we stayed anyway. My filet was ordered MR, and his MW, but they both came out the same color. Just okay for me. TO JESSICA B ABOVE - The $.50 charge for rocks is not for ice. It's for the extra liquor in a rocks pour. A rocks pour is a drink and a half served over ice, not a charge for ice cubes.

I would have given it a five star except I find their dessert menu to be lacking. The chocolate cake didn't have much flavor. But, the it is steak house not a bakery! A recent trip to this restuarant has changed my mind. The steaks were about 1/2 the size they were on previous meals. In addition, I was offended when I ordered a drink from the bar and a charge of $0.50 appeared on my bill for "rocks". I ha... read more

Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs. – In Short With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house h... read more

The've let it slide What used to be a great place for a very decent steak has turned into a mediocre restaurants. We have gone there many times and ONLY go if we feel like eating out and don't feel like going far. Aviod the chicken dishes at all cost. Twice I've ordered the rotis chciken only to be given a serving I wouldn't give to my dog...sendind it back didn't bring anything better. At best TR is OK
