I was in the restaurant, I had the worst service. I was not waited on, not even asked what drink or what I was ordering. I sat there for a half hour. The waiter c.j. refused to come to my table. All I was offered was the bread. The manager did nothing to ease my concerns. I was very unhappy. The host and staff was snotty and rude. The sad part is I was going to spend at least 40 dollars including tip I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the customer service sucks.
Got in with a small wait, was put at the table with no silverware and very dirty plates. The table was infested with ants. We informed the waiter but he did not do anything. Food was pretty good but cold. They didn't deliver bread to us until we asked and didn't give us butter with it. Overall horrible experience. We killed about 6 ants and more kept coming. They are in the walls. Hope you like insects crawling in your food.
On the positive side the food is good and the portions are ample. The service is prompt and courteous. The buckets of peanuts and the occasional little line dances the staff does in the aisles are fun. On the negative side the acoustics are very bad, the noise level is much too high. You have to yell to the person across the table from you to be heard. It could be the metal ceiling giving the whole place an echo type effect. They play music but you can't hear it. wont be going back but prices are lower than outback...dinner rolls tasted like cinnamon bread and if u like charbroiled steaks with nno seasoning this is the place to go...the baked potatos were 2 salty enough to make u choke, the side dish of greenbeans with bacon and onions taste nasty the green beans tasted like they came out of a can...honestly the eating peanuts in the waiting area and throwing the shells on the floor would of been ok but not throughout the resturant i found it gross they were all over the place just i... read more
FOOD IS GREAT!!!! workers are polite and promp. LOVE throwing the penut shells on the floor JUST LIKE AT HOME when im drinkin and eating well.REALY ENJOY the line danceing and singing ;@] BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I CANT GET LUNCH AT A PLACE THAT DOES NOT OPEN TILL 4PM. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUISSNESSIN MY BOOK. i could do BIG THINGS to a steak or ribs WAY BEFORE 4PM come on TEXES ROUD HOUSE!!!!!!! AND!!!!! STEP!!!!! YOUR!!!!! GAME UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
