Just returned from the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Ordered 12 Oz ribeye & shrimp. My wife ordered the sirloin, both were excellent. The service was fantastic, thank you to the staff for another great visit to one of our favorite places.
We waited over forty minutes to be seated. They had just opened, and there were plenty of seats available. It was at least another forty minutes before our food arrived. Our server absolutely sucked. No offer of a discount on our meal either. Drove two hours to eat at this location. Never again.
So we waited 45 minutes to an hour, our whole order was dropped on the floor. We waited another 45 minutes to an hour, got our food, it wasn’t right and my steak was rare and my sons burger was raw and cold! I wasn’t going to say anything but it really has been bothering me as I still paid 71.00 something for the meal that wasn’t worth eating and got thrown In the garbage.
My husband and I went tonight. Food was good service was awful. I ordered the filet and received a sirloin, my husband ordered chili and never received it. Our food was delivered by someone else and the waitress never came back until we were almost done. We were never offered rolls. I had asked her when she finally did show up. By the time we got them we were done eating.

Had an amazing dinner here tonight with my wife and kids. Great environment, food and SERVICE. Shout out to our waitress Madison for making it amazing and being the best waitress I've personally ever had!
We waited over an hour for our food tonight. The told us there system went down. Lost the order. Then there was NO discount. This was a take out!!
The food is excellent, the server is very friendly. love this place , the bread is so good 😋
delicious prime rib; awesome margaritas and the best LSM in the district!!
