We go to TR a couple times a month and went today as usual food was amazing but we was appalled at the uncleanliness of it today, the floor was filthy and wet, the Plexi glass dividers were smeared with sticky hand prints and food and the glass on the large wall picture was filthy also and restrooms same way!!! I have never seen it like this and with the pandemic it was scarey!!! I know help is hard to come by right now but I hesitate to want to go back and am just hoping it will be taken care of by management!!!!

I'm a loner but usually love Texas Roadhouse but they are a big disappointment just because I use the drove thru it must give them the right to give me the hard burnt rolls. Steak isn't cooked right let alone theweigh the 6 Oz. Was only little over 4 1/2 Oz. Almost 5. Then I asked for mushrooms and onions you know smothered and my onions were the skin only that I Almost chocked on... and I didn't want to give a star but won't let me submit without it.

Ordered online Aug 21, 2021 for the first time, my order was suppose to be ready at 6:57pm, did not receive my order until 7:40pm. I called when I arrived and they did not say anything about any delays. I ended up having to call again to get my order. The steaks were cold and overcooked, fried pickles were also cold.

I was in the restaurant, I had the worst service. I was not waited on, not even asked what drink or what I was ordering. I sat there for a half hour. The waiter c.j. refused to come to my table. All I was offered was the bread. The manager did nothing to ease my concerns. I was very unhappy. The host and staff was snotty and rude. The sad part is I was going to spend at least 40 dollars including tip I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the customer service sucks.

I bought my family Sunday dinner last night and it was a disaster. 1. One meal was not even included in the bag. 2. My sons steak was only cooked on one side. it was not even turned over. 3. One steak was suppose to be medium and it was bright red and bloody. 4. The chicken was like rubber and over cooked. 5. The salmon was crunchy, dry and very over cooked. 6. It's sad that a local business can't be trusted due to employees personal vendettas. I've visited many times with no problems and then after Kim Tiedemann got butthurt over something she did herself all of a sudden when I eat here I spend the night doubled over in pain feeling like I'm going to vomit. I won't be back until it's a safe environment again and it is without a vengeful thief being employed there. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely Horrible Service. Let me say that we are very easy going and not high maintenance at all. My girlfriend and I went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Nashua for her birthday. We were seated. Then we waited and waited and waited for nearly 15 minutes. No waiter/waitress ever came by. At least 8 employees went to the pay station computers which are not more than 20 feet away. To say the service was terrible is an understatement. We used to go here regularly, but never again!!
