Texas Road house needs to offer reservations. The call ahead option is a joke. We had a large party of 12 with two children. We wanted to table together to celebrate her birthday. They crammed us all into two booths by the restrooms. My husband had to sit on the end of the table which blocked the way to the restrooms. A lot of people had to go around us. My seat was wet w/ food on it. Food was too salty. Seriously a salt lick. We were rushed to our seat and she wouldn’t allow us to handpick our steak. As I called ahead for the birthday song and saddle for my husband, they forgot and didn’t want to do it for him. They embarrassed him instead w/ that they forgot and offered to do it for him when we were finished, paying 100.+ bill and leaving. The manager/owner, Zach, at the Rochester location is awful. His attitude towards his employees and customers is terrible. Give him your name and just ask him how far down you are on the list and from his very annoyed and snotty reply of “Umm, Who?”, you will see exactly what I mean. he has zero customer service skills especially for being a manager, and he orders everyone around like they are beneath him. He is exactly what is wrong with today’s world. Plus, he’s the owner - so there’s nothing you can do about it. How sad.

Took to go out which is usually excellent. Ribs were burnt and fish was overcooked. The fish was slice in half of the normal size so overlooking is a problem. I would rather pay more for a decent correctly cooked catfish than pay for fish Jerry and never burnt Ribs. I mean toasted. Bad. Our orders used to be good but the food is poorly prepared now.

This use to be my favorite place to eat but the last 3 times we have ordered take it and they have messed up our orders!!! First time we ordered a whole gallon of sweet tea and it was not sweet tea that we received and they didn't give us our drink with the kids meal, the second time they gave us the wrong gravy and our loaded sweet potatoes were not loaded and we ordered a brownie that was too hard to eat, and today I was craving the rolls for 3 days now so I ordered a dozen to go and ordered food when I got home the rolls... read more

Wait to be seated was decent, the wait time for our food to be ready was poor. The waiter never check back with me and my party of 4 to update us on why there was a long waiting period on our food. 25mins an estimate we waited on our food. There were a party for two who we got seated before them, there food however was ready in 15mins. We waited long enough only to get warm food. The waiter never checked back with us, asking if we need anything is everything ok nothing. Very dissatisfied.

I went to Texas Roadhouse in Logan, UT tonight. Our waiter, Ben, was excellent. The food was delicious. I go there a lot and am never disappointed. 😊
