I went to Texas roadhouse for Mother’s Day dinner with my son. The service was excellent. The food was good. The only thing the puzzled me was I got a prime rib. It was a quarter of an inch thick like a I thin steak. I get prime rib every Sunday and it is at least 2 inches for $25, which I pay when I go out for a prime .Yes, I don’t know what that was. Just returned from the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Ordered 12 Oz ribeye & shrimp. My wife ordered the sirloin, both were excellent. The service was fantastic, thank you to the staff for another great visit to one of our favorite places.

12oz Ribeye, about 3 ozs were fat🤨 it was overcooked and dried out😡 bread wasn't very good either, service sucked, very noisy, couldn't even hear yourself think. 1st time there in years, remembered why i stopped going. It will be the last time, will not be going back 😪

Food quality, staff, and service are impeccable each time we eat here. My only complaint is the music is too loud! I mentioned this to the manager and she put it back on me stating that it is "toe tapping music". In other words, I need to get over it. Most people will tell you, they come to a restaurant to enjoy the ambiance and to get away from the kitchen, not to hear loud bar music during dinner! If we want loud music, there are plenty of bars around to go to! Eating out should be a peaceful experience!

We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner today. I had a coupon for a free appetizer. I showed it to my waitress and she said no problem. So I ordered grilled shrimp appetizer. After we ate our dinner I went to pay for it and she said I couldn’t use it because it was already been used. I just got it off the website this morning. I had to chance to use it. We love the restaurant, the food, the atmosphere. However, we ordered takeout, a pick up order. We called and ordered and was told it would be ready in around 50 minutes, total time before I received our food was 90 minutes! I don't understand, when you done inside, order your food, start eating and the main course shows up before you finish your salad, what 15 minutes? Unacceptable and not satisfied with pick up service!

Poor service at to go window. Grilled chickenSalad had no bacon bits, one small cherry tomato. Your to go order employees are rude. Parking is horrible

Seated promptly, restaurant dirty and empty at 10 p.m. so someone could have been cleaning it. Food sat in window, I watched it, delivered cold, waitress was told it was cold and offered no warming but said she'd tell manager which was never asked for. Came back and dropped bill off and that was that. Really bad all around. Won't be back. $135 for cold, subpar, missing items dinner was a lose. I watched food sit in window for 15 minutes while cook and 3 waitresses talked over it, someone should have ran it out to us
