Waited 45min for our food that obviously sat under a heat lamp and looked disgusting when it came to the table and my four year old's chicken tenders had a chunk out of one like it was returned by another table. I completed an online order for 2 dinners. The meals were ready on time, however, when I got home, I realized I was given someone else's meals (two)! I called and spoke with a manager who was apologetic and offered to re-make the meals and also said she would email me a voucher for 2 free dinners to compensate the error and inconvenience of having to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up dinner (now 2 round trips). Worst Dining Experience Ever – Avoid This Location! We went to the Texas Roadhouse in Lancaster, Ohio, on Sunday, January 26th, around 2 PM with a group of 4. We ordered from the dinner menu, and honestly, it was a complete disaster. We paid $115 for what was supposed to be a satisfying meal, but instead, we were served cold, unappetizing food that looked like it had been sitting out for hours. We go here A lot ! Love this place ! Yesterday when we were there we had seen that the bengals were playing, it was only on one of their screens and we were facing the opposite way so we had asked the bartender if she  could put it on a different screen so that we could watch it, she said of course, so she put it on a screen where we were able to watch and instantly there was an older couple yelling because she turned the little league baseball off lol. Went to Texas Roadhouse Va beach 3 times in a row steak over cooked you pick your own steak out last time everything sucked steak over cooked salad dressing ranch tasted like it came out of a bottle The lettuce was all the heels hard to eat that’s the bottom of the head of lettuce when I left with my wife I was looking at the steaks in the case still had my ticket I got when I picked out my steak it was still in the case I told my wife the steak I brought was not the same one I picked out never go back again

I made my order at 7:25 and the waiter told me it should take 20 minutes. Over 45 minutes pass and the waiter comes back and tells me I still need to wait 15 more minutes. I then decide to leave and speak to the manager. The manager was very rude and not helpful at all. She would not take any responsibility for what happened and just kept blaming other people for the mistake. She was very unapologetic and very rude. I do not recommend this restaurant due to its rude service.

Went to Texas Roadhouse tonight. The music was so loud you could not even hear yourself think. Asked the waiter about it and he said that corporate said they had to keep it that loud. Why I asked? Don't waste your time or money unless you're extremely wealthy. They have a website offering daily specials and senior discounts but they don't honor any of them. I tried to speak with the manager but he's never there and won't return phone calls. No more Texas Roadhouse for me. There's a whole lot more places that offer better and affordable steaks. And that know how to cook them. A medium steak should never turn put bloody red.
