I was so disappointed today mothers day took my mother here ordered an an hour later was served cold steak the manager helped me pay my bill but wasn't concerned with my complaint I was shocked waitress never returned another waiter brought food out cold probably won't return thanks to there disconcern JUST WOW

Horrible service from beginning to the time we left. When we entered we asked for table for two and the host sent us to the bar. At the bar the bartender said if we want table you need to go back the host. When we went back to host he, with a shitty attitude, asked for name and text number. I love this place but always a challenge. This time they ran out of horsey sauce by 1:00. I asked her to bring me raw horseradish and sour cream and I made my own. Seriously ppl, I love their Prime Rib!

We ate at the Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa Al.  We had a gift certificate.  Worst steak I ever had and I am 77 and had many good steaks. Do not go here.  I don’t know where they get their steaks they need to purchase another place.  I have had 12oz steaks before that’s Bern great but this one was absolutely the worst and my husband’s was not good either.

Last night was the worst night of my life. My daughter had senior night at her school and she recieved a couple of gift cards from her coach because he knows how loves Texas Roadhouse and the family went to celebrate her win for her game. Our server was very rude and disrespectful to me infront of my children and husband. Waited 45min for our food that obviously sat under a heat lamp and looked disgusting when it came to the table and my four year old's chicken tenders had a chunk out of one like it was returned by another table. I asked the waitress what happened tot he chicken on my daughters plate and she rushed away from table saying I don't know. I completed an online order for 2 dinners. The meals were ready on time, however, when I got home, I realized I was given someone else's meals (two)! I called and spoke with a manager who was apologetic and offered to re-make the meals and also said she would email me a voucher for 2 free dinners to compensate the error and inconvenience of having to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up dinner (now 2 round trips). Worst Dining Experience Ever – Avoid This Location! We went to the Texas Roadhouse in Lancaster, Ohio, on Sunday, January 26th, around 2 PM with a group of 4. We ordered from the dinner menu, and honestly, it was a complete disaster.
