Worst takeout ever. – We ordered ribs for takeout and all three times they were so hard and had so much grissel you could not eat them. So we tried the beef tips a couple of times and although we ordered them without onions every time we got home they had onions anyway. Tonight we ordered the cheeseburgers kids meal and they were horrible. They were hard and our child could not eat them. So we took a vote of the family and decided as a whole to never order takeout from Texas Roadhouse ever again.
Do not go to this restaurant unless you drive old, grandma car with nothing valuable in it. We have been in this place on 12/19/11 to eat a dinner. When we out the rest. our car window was broken and robbed everything. Somebody saw when the suspected car was leaving and let the restaurant management, but they just IGNORED it , didn't report to police. We Like Texas Roadhouse – My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time about a month ago and have already been back twice. I feel that the food is priced appropriatly, and consistantly good. Even more impressive is that every single person we've encountered on the staff has been friendly and helpful. The staff, including the manager are clearly encouraged to leave thier problems at the door and to provide excellent customer service. That goes a long way with me and my family. Simply Fantastic Ribeyes – You can count on a fantastic ribeye or a great sirloin. They hand select and cut their own steaks. The atmosphere is sports bar like and there are peanuts at every table. Other than that it is good atmosphere. The baked beans and the chili are both yummy. Note that baked patato's skin is salted. We now go here almost every week.

STAY AWAY FROM TEXAS ROADHOUSE!! – I know from both several dining experiences, as well as from speaking to employees that work at Texas Roadhouse that the facility is unsanitary and filthy. They have been caught on more then one occasion dropping the steaks on the ground, brushing the dirt off of them, slabbing some butter on the top of them, and serving them to guests. Service is lacking! – I have heard some great reviews so i had to try Texas Roadhouse. I was not impressed. I have taken my family there three times thinking that the extenuating circumstances must have been the cause of our bad experiences each time. I won't be trying it again. This visit was a 30 minute wait of several servers walking past our table avoiding eye contact. I figured they were very busy so I would give them some time. Saw a jock strap @ dinner – Tonite family (2 kids under 10) sat just outside of the bar area. TR had Tr3s on the front TV. Where my family saw a man in a jock strap bend over (Butt uncensored until he bent over). Told the top woman and she gave me an excuse that a sport games must have been on and someone forgot to change the channel. I know Tr3s does not show sports! But I smiled and came home and wrote this review. Kids are not scar, but it left a bad taste and will not go back.
My Favorite! – Every time I have the extra cash to go out for a meal, Texas Roadhouse is the first on my list of options. Every location I've ever dined in has been equally amazing, and the York store is the closest to my home. They have A-M-A-Z-I-N-G food and usually pretty excellent service.
