The food was fantastic. The service from Lucas was superb. The couple across the way embellishing a story about how their server behaved when retrieving their receipt for an adjustment was mildly annoying, but management handled it well. I saw the transaction and they were just wanting a free meal.
Went there for the first time everything was great Lacy gave us great service and I will as for her again.
First off, why is my review deleted ? I'll post a bad review every single day if I have to. Let people know the truth about your restaurant, including the fact one (possibly a few) waitresses are running credit card scams.
After a cheer competition 9 of us went to this restaurant and when walking in the door the hostess rolled her eyes and said "are you fu&$ing kidding me?" to which we were then told they closed in 20 minutes and they could not accommodate us. Then we looked around at a lot of empty tables and asked if they could put two together to which they replied, um, no. So now we are at Outback Steakhouse where they were happy to accommodate us. Went there tonight first time. St charles location our waitress Savanah was awsome we will request her the next time we go service was outstanding. The food was perfect the manager even stoped at our table and talked to us very impressed our new favorite place we will be back for sure

Tonight was bad...all around ...the manager said the next time we come back to ask for him..so I hope the next time will be better ..it left a bad taste in my mouth and it's a very special day for me...
