I was very disappointed went is with our family of 15 , my husband and I ordered the 20 oz ribeye cooked medium , well we waited a long time with our food and drinks but then got the steak I had more grissel than meat , I hope they check there meat and if you are a great waitress you would notice the meat still on the plate and fatty grissels she never even said anything . Then when I got home I got sick stomach cramps I had a salad and brocolli and bake potatoe and ate some of the meat will not go back
Had the sirloin steak and grilled shrimp with a baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar and buttered corn and dinner rolls w/honey butter.... Loved it all...cooked to perfection....a must have���������
We love the food at the Texas Roadhouse - from the fresh salads served in chilled bowls to the steak and ribs - the St. Charles location was busy but there was no wait to be seated. The music was so loud and that combined with the number of people talking loud in able to hear made our visit disappointing. We don't mind music in the background but having to shout to visit with the person across the table and having the waitress shout to us was not enjoyable.
The prime rib is awesome! So sorry I forgot the waitress name but she was a delight - will be back soon!!!!
I called at 3:00 today asking if Roadhouse had any deals or could help me purchase dinner the most inexpensive way for four people that just lost everything in a house fire. The manager told me he couldn't help, had no coupons, etc. I then placed an order that I needed to pay for so that the family could walk over and pick up their food to have a decent dinner. I would have given it 5 stars.... the past several times we have eaten here, our servers seemed as if they couldn't handle the 3 tables she was waiting on. However! The steak has always been 100% perfect! It always taste perfect. Still hoping for better service every time.

Steak was over cooked, thin and the service needed some work. It was the first time I have gone to a Texas Roadhouse and was disappointed. We don't have much money for eating out so when we do we want it to be worth the price. Last night I wish we would have gone somewhere else.
Tonight my boyfriend and I went here for dinner ! We are regulars but got a different waiter tonight who was exceptional. Jon was our waiter at the St. Charles location and was on top of our drinks, bread, food and more. He was overly polite and gave us great attention. With the recent overturn of many staff members and many new faces with less experience it was a nice surprise to have someone who did a fantastic job and was knowledgeable with answers to our questions.
