It was a great time. Good food good atmosphere. Another visit in the near future.
Service was great. I had the choped steak (road kill) it was delicious. We didnt have to wait to long. My grandson just got back from His 3rd duty in Iraq so the next day was his birthday and since he is stationed in Kansas he and his family went to Texas Roadhouse there and when they got their bill it was on the house and the ticket said welcome home. So any restaurant who honors our military is top on my list.

I'm probably one of the last people to complain at a restaurant & I get irritated when the complaint isn't necessary. Sometimes you just have to have a little patience and I'm very patient. We've been to this location several times & I have previously given it five stars... not this time. We went there on my birthday, 6/13/17 at 5pm. Its very nice the food is everything. My son love it him and his girlfriend goes at least twice a month.
I order dinner for my family at 7:36pm and had an 8pm pick-up time. When I arrived at 8pm I was told it would be a 10min wait. 20 min later I was still standing there. I asked for a manager and said I wanted a refund and was leaving. Then the hostess came out with my order. She said they messed up the salad and had to redo it. That takes 20 min?? Manager never came. When I got home with my food our steaks were cold and like leather. This is the second time this has happened with this location. We will probably never go back.
As normal, long wait, crowded. Noisy, especially while performing thier song. What was unforgivable was putting cold beer 🍻 in a mug fresh out of the dishwasher, steaming hot... even after complaining to two different people. Was told sorry 😐- they just didn't have enough mugs...
A friend and I ate here last night. What a GREAT experience!!!! The service was GREAT! The food was GREAT!! The responsiveness of the entire team made the experience very pleasant, enjoyable, and tasty. If I am EVER back in St. Charles, I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!!! Thank you, THANK YOU!
It was our first time there. It won't be our last. We loved the place. I can't wait to go again. Excellent food and service. It was nice to see the people in the kitchen happy to be working there. Great atmosphere! 👊🏻
